February 2023

With the recent natural disasters in Turkey and Syria, DFAC is now raising relief funds to the following organizations: Heyva Sor a Kurdistanê, Liberale Flüchtlingshilfe, and White Helmets.

Late October – January 2023

The Sarcoma Advocacy Leadership Foundation nonprofit is raising awareness for a Sarcoma, which is a rare form of cancer.

Mission statement: “The mission of the Sarcoma Foundation of America (SFA) is to advocate for sarcoma patients by funding research and by increasing awareness about the disease. The organization raises money to privately fund grants for sarcoma researchers and conducts education and advocacy efforts on behalf of sarcoma patients.”

September 2022

Save The Children is working to help the children of Myanmar (Burma) who are in desperate need of assistance. Due to high amounts of poverty, children cannot enter the classroom. About 150,000 have been forced out of their homes due to violence. Hundreds of thousands of children live in overcrowded refugee camps.

August 2022

UNICEF works to protect and save children in conflict. The ongoing war in Ukraine has brought a major impact upon child protection. Donations go towards food, water, and medical supplies the children refugees desperately need.

Support Homeless Veterans is a nonprofit organization working to support the homeless military veterans in the Philadelphia region.

August 20th 2021 – October 2021: Afghanistan Emergency Fund

The Afghanistan Emergency Fund gives emergency support to the people of Afghanistan. Because of the seriousness and urgency of the ongoing situation with the Taliban, this Cause of the Month has arrived early and commissioning towards this cause would mean a lot.


August 2021: Second Harvest of Silicon Valley

Second Harvest of Silicon Valley is a food bank located in California that serves an average of 500,000 people in need every month.
